BSR Screen Recorder can record anything you see on your screen. However overlaid video and siplays cannot be recorded by screen recorders. Therefore please try the trial version before you purchase :
You should try to change the compression you're using for recording from Options->Video tab->Video Compression settings. For instance, the default video codec does not provide a clear display of texts in full screen mode. You can try to record with DivX or XviD codecs.

Screen recorder applications cannot record overlaid video from the screen unless you do some settings. Some videos like DVD videos are overlaid on screen by the media players which prevents screen capturing.
Check 'Disable Video Acceleration When Recording' option in Options->Video tab. This will provide BSR to disable and enable hardware acceleration of the system (except on Windows Vista or Windows 8 & 7, for Vista/7/8 see below) automatically and should prevent blank recording. But, if still you get blank video , then, you should also turn off the hardware acceleration/video overlay from the media player's settings. Or you should try to play the video with another player for recording from the screen.
-Click Movie Lab option in the Editors menu to open the Movie Lab (AVI editor) -Click New Project in the Files menu and open the video file you recorded -Go to the frame where you want to add the blank over -Click Add Effect button in the toolbox (or in the Edit menu) -Click Blur. This will add a blur object into the video which will apply to whole frame by default -In the Properties window which is located at the right of the screen, change ApplyTo to "Internal (Highlight)". Now the effect will be applied only to the selected part of the frame -A small rectangle appears on the left-top part of the video. Move and resize it to the place where you want to blur on the video -The blur effect cannot be seen in runtime. Click Preview Video in the View menu (or press F11 key) to preview the blur effect applied on the video -You can increase the density of the blur in the Properties window -Finally you should set the duration of the blur effect in the grid window on top of screen which is represented by the green bar. You can resize that bar to change the duration. You can also set the duration of an object in the OBJECT DURATION part which is located at the right-bottom of the screen.
Low capture speed is mostly related to the computer's performance during the capture. For instance, when you set the recorder to record 30 fps, it will try to capture 30 frames per second and if computer's performance is not sufficient enough, resulting rate will be lower. In order to increase the capture speed, you should reduce the load on CPU :
Reducing the AVI file size : The most important factor is the codec (compression) you use. Only the change to a better codec will provide a significant decrease in file size. For instance; DivX or XviD codecs will provide smaller file size and high quality. The second important factor is video dimension. In full screen recordings, you can use Video Dimension function in Options->Video Tab (in the old version : Configuration->Page I). For instance, set the ratio to 70%. This will shrink video to its 70% in size and will provide a smaller file size. Another factor is the audio quality. Increasing audio quality will also increase the file size.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. Our software is fully-functional during the trial period. The only limitations of the trial version are that the trial version records watermarks on videos and the length of the recordings will be limited to 5 minutes. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality.
In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical reasons the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund minus our order processing and banking fees (up to 25% of the purchase price). In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, license key, number of licenses purchased, etc.).
If still there are logos on the new videos you're recording, it means that you didn't enter your license key into BSR Screen Recorder yet. However, the watermarks (BSR logos) on the videos already recorded with the trial version of BSR cannot be removed since they are already produced with watermarks on them.

Deflection is a feature of such resource sharing systems as WorldShare Interlibrary Loan and Tipasa that allows the institution to say "no" to requests for items that cannot be loaned for policy and/or licensing reasons. The library is skipped in the lender string and the request moves on to the next lender. Deflection policies may be based on such factors as the request service type, local holdings, format type, OCLC profiled group membership, Custom Holding Group, maximum cost, E-license terms, and material age in years.

A tool in Connexion client (Tools/Macros/Manage) that creates a macro by recording procedures as they are done, whether by mouse, keystroke, or a combination. The recorder creates the macro automatically in OCLC Macro Language (OML). The recorder is convenient for those who prefer not to write their own macros or lack BASIC programming skills.
I would like second, third and fourth opinions on this file. I believe it meets all the NFCC content criteria as set out below, but the article is up for deletion and I have encountered a lot of resistance, particularly from User:Masem, who cites many rules which do not exist, such as a 30-second max length and a video being considered the equivalent of many hundreds of screenshots and non-free images being "freer" than non-free video. I believe the video is both appropriate, acceptable and vital in its usage and have laid out justification for such below. Other arguments against is that a screenshot can suffice, I do not see how replacing one non-free content with another makes sense, nor do I believe that something like File:Batman - Arkham City combat screenshot.JPG or File:Batman - Arkham City screenshot.JPG demonstrates anything remotely comparable. They could be cutscenes, and it takes two of them to accomplish what the video does and more, and IMO the images don't do that well and this is something I see across many game articles. The video has a central focus in the combat, which has been emulated due to its success, but it demonstrates about 6-7 other elements of gameplay simultaneously, it kills a handful of birds with one stone and I do not understand the resistance to it. I would appreciate input using citable existing guidelines and policies please.
In Overworld, the use violates WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#8, as a free screenshot of an overworld from a free game could be created, and Pokémon Yellow's overworld is not discussed in the article. RJaguar3 u t 23:25, 20 December 2013 (UTC)Reply[reply] 2ff7e9595c
